If your order is running late, we totally understand your concern. Our usual delivery window is between 3 to 11 days, though in rare cases, we might need up to 30 days for extreme situations.

Here's what you can do if your order goes beyond our standard timeframe:

  1. 📦✨Late Delivery Compensation: If your order is significantly delayed beyond 30 days, you can request €1 per day as compensation for the delay. This compensation will keep adding up until your order arrives, unless you decide to cancel it.

  2. Check Tracking Information: Keep an eye on your order by using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. It gives you updates on where your package is and its estimated arrival time.

  3. Contact Us: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe and you're not seeing any updates, reach out to our friendly customer support team. They'll look into it and provide you with the latest info.
