Our return and refund policy covers various scenarios:
- Cancellation Before Shipping: If you cancel immediately after placing your order (before shipment), you'll receive a full refund.
- Cancellation After Shipping or Refusal of Delivery: If you cancel after we've shipped your order or if you refuse delivery, we'll refund your order amount minus a shipping cost (120 - 200 EUR, depending on your country).
- Change of Mind Return (Within 30 Days, "As New" Condition): If you return the product within 30 days due to a change of mind and it's in "as new" condition (unopened, unused), we'll refund your order amount minus the shipping cost (120 - 200 EUR, depending on your country).
- Used or Unoriginal Packaging Return (Within 30 Days): If the product has been used or is not in its original packaging, we can only accept the return within the first 30 days. We'll refund your order amount, but deductions will apply for shipping costs and a usage fee (20 - 30%, depending on the extent of use). The buyer is solely responsible for proper packaging and any potential damage during return shipping.
- Returns After 30 Days: Unfortunately, returns and refunds are not possible after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, please follow our damaged item procedure for assistance.
